Notes are useful to keep track of important information about an order. Once you add a note to an order chat bubbles will appear at the top of the screen with the notes you have entered. This is visible to anyone who looks up the order, employees using the kitchen module, and any receipts printed.


Click the Ticket button in the Menu Bar.


Once the ticket menu appears, click Notes.


Enter the note you want to add to this order.


Click Save.
