The configuration tab is only visible to users with Administrative privileges

Click the Employees tab at the top.


Click the button at the top right of the list.


Once the "Add New Employee" dialogue box appears, fill in the information as needed. Make sure to add the right "Security Role of User".


Click Save when you are done.
